To mark the 10th anniversary of People's Bank's comprehensive Quality Initiative and orient new employees about what the bank requires in the way of quality performance standards. Solution: Tell the story in the words of bank employees, senior executives, and customers and show "quality" in action at the bank. Tech Specs: Employee interviews were conducted at the bank's headquarters. Customer interviews were conducted in man-on-the-street style at People's branch locations. Interviews were supported by extensive b-roll footage shot at the bank's main corporate offices and animations created in After Effects. Credits:
