M.J. Harder Media Tree, Inc. Ken Devoe		Michael John Harder, a graduate of Fairfield University's Graduate School of Communications, has worked in film and video professionally since 1976. Originally a lighting cameraman, Harder added editing and directing to his experience in the 80's and began producing in 1987 with the formation of Harder & Company. Long term relationships with freelancers from the Connecticut based production community provide regular contributions to the work at Harder & Co. One significant relationship is with writer Ken Devoe of the Media Tree, Inc. Devoe & Harder have collaborated on hundreds of productions: "New Haven & Israel- A Half-Century, Full of Hope;" "Renaissance & Renewal- Building Yale for the 21st Century;" General Electric's "Information Security- You are the Key" and "What are we doing here in China?" are prime examples. Another important relationship is with graphic designer and animator Rusty Dyer of DigiDyer Productions. Rusty's collaboration with Harder began in 1997. The Dyer/Harder relationship has proven to be a key factor in the success Harder & Company has enjoyed in recent years.
